  2. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.

  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. For each pancake, pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
