- ¼ cup melted butter or oil
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and sugar until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until combined (lumps are okay).
- Fold in chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- For each pancake, pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Keep pancakes warm while cooking the remaining batter. Serve with your favorite toppings like maple syrup or whipped cream.
