A delightful no-bake dessert that combines layers of rich chocolate pudding, cream cheese, and whipped topping, finished with a crunchy cookie crust.

- 1 package chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Crush sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter, then press into a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix with cold milk and whisk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and mix. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by the chocolate pudding layer.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the chocolate layer and top with extra cookie crumbs or chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. This dessert can also be customized with different pudding flavors.
