  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Finely crush chocolate sandwich cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan.
  2. Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
  3. Make The Pudding: Mix chocolate pudding with milk and whisk until thick. Pour over the cream cheese layer and smooth out.
  4. Final Touch: Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed cookies.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve: Cut into squares and serve chilled.
