Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, milk, and eggs until frothy.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, mixing gently.
- Fill a greased donut pan halfway with batter.
- Press a peanut butter cup into the center of each donut, then cover with more batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling briefly in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Drizzle melted chocolate glaze made with chocolate chips and milk over the donuts.
