Deliciously crunchy shortbread bars enriched with chocolate, toffee, and pecans, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Pecans, chopped
- 1 cup Semi-sweet or Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Toffee Bits
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Gradually mix in the flour until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
- Fold in the chopped pecans, toffee bits, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan, spreading and flattening it evenly. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges turn golden brown. Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Chill dough for 30 minutes before baking for extra crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container or freeze for later enjoyment.
