Ingredients

  • 8 oz chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 1 cup caramel (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Mini muffin tin

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mini muffin tin by lining each cup with paper liners.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Drop a small amount of melted chocolate into each muffin liner, swirling to coat the bottom and sides.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set.
  5. Spoon a dollop of caramel into each cup.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate to seal the caramel inside.
  7. Chill again for 20-30 minutes until firm.
  8. Remove from liners and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

Notes
