Ingredients

- 8 oz chocolate (dark or milk)
- 1 cup caramel (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Sea salt, to taste
- Mini muffin tin
Instructions
- Prepare your mini muffin tin by lining each cup with paper liners.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Drop a small amount of melted chocolate into each muffin liner, swirling to coat the bottom and sides.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set.
- Spoon a dollop of caramel into each cup.
- Cover with more melted chocolate to seal the caramel inside.
- Chill again for 20-30 minutes until firm.
- Remove from liners and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize flavors by using different chocolate varieties or adding vanilla extract.
