Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cranberry Sauce: If using fresh cranberries, wash and dry them. Simmer in a pot with 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water until they burst and thicken. Let cool.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Crush the Graham Crackers: Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a ziplock bag and rolling pin.
  4. Layer the Trifle Cups: Start with a layer of cranberry sauce, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then graham cracker crumbs. Repeat layers until filled.
  5. Chill and Garnish: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, garnish with mint leaves.
