- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar (or powdered sugar)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Cranberry Sauce: If using fresh cranberries, wash and dry them. Simmer in a pot with 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water until they burst and thicken. Let cool.
- Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Crush the Graham Crackers: Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a ziplock bag and rolling pin.
- Layer the Trifle Cups: Start with a layer of cranberry sauce, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then graham cracker crumbs. Repeat layers until filled.
- Chill and Garnish: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, garnish with mint leaves.
