Description

A rich and festive spread that combines tart cranberries with sweet honey and creamy butter, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fresh cranberries and add them to a saucepan with a splash of water. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until they begin to burst.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and honey until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Once the cranberries have cooled, gently fold them into the butter mixture and add a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve at room temperature for spreadability.
