Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup honey
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Rinse the fresh cranberries and add them to a saucepan with a splash of water. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until they begin to burst.
- Remove from heat and let cool. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and honey until smooth and fluffy.
- Once the cranberries have cooled, gently fold them into the butter mixture and add a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve at room temperature for spreadability.
