- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup onion (finely diced)

- Add the minced garlic, diced onion, fresh herbs, egg, salt, and pepper, mixing gently until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and set them on a prepared baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while letting the meatballs rest for about 15 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Heat the cranberry sauce in a saucepan until bubbly and add the baked meatballs, coating them thoroughly.
- Serve with toothpicks or on a bed of greens for a lovely presentation.
Notes
Baking gives a nice crust while keeping the meatballs moist. If frying, use plenty of olive oil to prevent sticking.
