- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and chocolate together in a medium saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar in a large bowl until frothy; stir in the melted chocolate-butter mixture.
- Fold in the flour until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour brownie mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Meanwhile, prepare the magical layer by microwaving sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in 30-second bursts until smooth.

- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
