- 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then stir in the cocoa powder until well combined.
- Mix in the granulated sugar and brown sugar, stirring to combine.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract until glossy.
- Sift in the flour and salt, and gently fold in until just combined.
- Fold in the shredded coconut, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely, then cut into squares and enjoy!
