- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let sit until bubbly (5-10 mins).
- Add eggs, melted butter, and salt to yeast mixture; stir in flour to form dough.
- Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth (8-10 mins); place in a greased bowl and let rise (1-2 hours).
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle (1/4 inch thick); spread softened butter and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12-15 pieces; place in a greased baking dish.
- Let rolls rise again (30 mins) until puffy.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla; add milk for desired consistency.
- Frost warm rolls and serve.
Notes
For a vegan option, use non-dairy milk and skip the eggs. You can also adjust the filling and frosting amounts to taste.
