Deliciously flaky phyllo cups filled with creamy Brie and tart cranberries, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary, optional)

  3. Form the cups: Shape the squares into a muffin tin, pressing down gently.
  4. Fill with cheese: Place a piece of Brie into each cup.
  5. Add cranberries: Spoon cranberries mixed with honey and a pinch of salt over the Brie.
  6. Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cool and serve: Let cool slightly before enjoying warm.

Notes

Serve warm, best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated at 350°F for a few minutes.
