- 1 package phyllo dough
- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary, optional)
- A pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the phyllo dough: Unroll the phyllo dough and cover with a damp towel. Cut 4-5 sheets into squares, about 6 inches wide, stacking them with melted butter between layers.
- Form the cups: Shape the squares into a muffin tin, pressing down gently.
- Fill with cheese: Place a piece of Brie into each cup.
- Add cranberries: Spoon cranberries mixed with honey and a pinch of salt over the Brie.
- Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and serve: Let cool slightly before enjoying warm.
Notes
Serve warm, best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated at 350°F for a few minutes.
