Description

These delightful Cranberry Brie Bites combine creamy Brie cheese, tart cranberry sauce, and flaky puff pastry, making them perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Butter or non-stick spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2×2 inch squares.
  3. Grease a mini muffin tin with butter or non-stick spray.
  4. Place each pastry square into the muffin tin, add a slice of Brie, a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and a sprinkle of chopped herbs.
  5. Brush the edges with an egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes
