Deliciously flaky tarts filled with a sweet and spicy cranberry-jalapeño dip, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 bag fresh or dried cranberries
- 2 fresh jalapeños, diced
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley)
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thickness and cut circles of about 3 inches in diameter.
- Line a muffin tin with puff pastry circles.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the jalapeños for 3–4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sautéed jalapeños, cranberries, and chopped herbs until creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into the pastry-lined cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
These tarts can be made ahead and chilled before baking.
