Instructions
- Prepare your pan: Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate and butter: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate and butter until smooth.
- Add condensed milk: Stir in sweetened condensed milk until incorporated; remove from heat.
- Incorporate the cranberries and zest: Gently fold in the cranberries and orange zest.
- Transfer to pan: Pour mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Let it set: Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Cut and serve: Lift fudge out using parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
