  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine the olive oil, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add in the freshly squeezed orange juice and zest, stirring until well incorporated.
