- 1 round wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme
- 1 baguette or a selection of artisan crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast the chopped pecans in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the Brie in an oven-safe dish, top with cranberry sauce and pecans.
- Scatter fresh herbs over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until soft and gooey.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.
- Garnish with honey or sea salt if desired.
