Description

A delicious and elegant appetizer featuring creamy Brie cheese topped with tart cranberry sauce and crunchy pecans.


Ingredients

  • 1 round wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme
  • 1 baguette or a selection of artisan crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toast the chopped pecans in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Place the Brie in an oven-safe dish, top with cranberry sauce and pecans.
  4. Scatter fresh herbs over the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until soft and gooey.
  6. Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.
  7. Garnish with honey or sea salt if desired.
