- 2 Green onions, diced
- Crackers and fresh vegetables for serving
- Optional: Honey for drizzling
Instructions
- Begin by softening your cream cheese at room temperature.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, diced green onions, and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Add your freshly chopped herbs and stir until well combined.
- Shape your mixture into a ball, dampening your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
- Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans until completely covered.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or overnight.
- Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables, or sliced meats, and drizzle with honey if desired.
