Instructions

  1. Begin by softening your cream cheese at room temperature.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, diced green onions, and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Add your freshly chopped herbs and stir until well combined.
  4. Shape your mixture into a ball, dampening your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
  5. Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans until completely covered.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or overnight.
