- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup homemade cranberry sauce
- Slider buns
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat the homemade cranberry sauce in a small saucepan until bubbling softly.
- Cut slider buns in half, placing a meatball on each bottom half and topping with cranberry sauce. Cover with bun tops.
- Serve immediately, presenting sliders with toothpicks for easy serving.
