Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese and cream cheese. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Gently mix in the dried cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Add honey and fresh herbs, adjusting the flavor to taste.
- If desired, fold in chopped nuts.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with herbs and cranberries, and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute goat cheese with cashew cream or vegan cream cheese, and use maple syrup instead of honey.
