Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, reserving drippings.
  3. In the same skillet, add seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Mix in the cream cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  6. Toss in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon, ensuring everything is coated in the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan and fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Add vegetables like spinach for extra nutrition.
