- 8 ounces fettuccine or penne pasta
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, reserving drippings.
- In the same skillet, add seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7 to 10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Mix in the cream cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and crumbled bacon, ensuring everything is coated in the sauce.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan and fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese. Add vegetables like spinach for extra nutrition.
