  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or use parchment paper.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 3–5 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually blend into the wet mixture.
  7. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 70-80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
