- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 handful of fresh spinach
- A few ice cubes
Instructions
- Slice the ripe avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out the flesh and place it into your blender.
- Pour in one cup of almond or coconut milk.
- Add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
- If using, toss in a handful of fresh spinach.
- Add a few ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass, garnish, and enjoy!
