  • Juice and zest of 2 limes

  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: chop the onions, mince the garlic, zest and juice the limes, chop the cilantro, and slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Cook the chicken: Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned on all sides.

  5. Finish by stirring in lime juice and zest, adjusting seasoning as necessary, and adding cilantro and chili flakes.
