  • 2 cups Broccoli, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • A pinch of Nutmeg
  • Fresh Basil or Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Broccoli: Cook broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain and rinse under cold water. Roughly chop.
  2. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  3. Fill the Ravioli: If making fresh ravioli, roll out pasta dough and cut circles. Place chopped broccoli in the center of each circle and seal the edges with water. For store-bought, skip this step.
  4. Cook the Ravioli: Boil a pot of salted water. Cook ravioli according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Combine the Dish: Transfer cooked ravioli to the skillet with Alfredo sauce and gently toss to coat.
  6. Serve: Top with additional Parmesan and fresh herbs. Share and enjoy!
