Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Sauté the salmon in a skillet with melted butter, seasoning it with salt and pepper, and cooking for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and flake.
  3. Prepare the sauce by sautéing garlic in the same skillet, then adding heavy cream, lemon juice, zest, and dill; simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency, then fold in the flaked salmon.
  5. Finish with grated Parmesan, additional seasoning, and serve immediately, garnished with dill and lemon wedges.
