- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

- Pour in broth, combine well, and bring to a gentle simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until orzo is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in cream and cheese until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Finish with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon.
