  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or dill (or 1 tablespoon dried herbs)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Coat the cod fillets on both sides with this mixture.
  3. Pour the panko breadcrumbs into a shallow dish and press the seasoned cod into the breadcrumbs, ensuring an even coating on both sides.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the coated fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
