Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare by chopping the broccoli and dicing the potatoes into small cubes.

- Combine broccoli, potatoes, garlic, olive oil, and seasonings in a large bowl.

For a dairy-free version, omit cheese or use nutritional yeast. Sweet potatoes can be substituted with adjusted cooking times.
