- Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 4–6 leaves fresh romaine lettuce
- 2 brioche or ciabatta buns
- Fresh garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Marinate in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat in a breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken cooks, whisk together Caesar dressing with minced garlic, lemon, and Parmesan.
- Toast the buns, layer with romaine, drizzle dressing, and add sliced chicken.
