Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cotton candy
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the filling to the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out portions of the cheesecake filling and roll them into balls.
- Press cotton candy around each cheesecake ball to cover it completely.
- Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter to create a coating.
- Roll each cotton candy-coated cheesecake bomb in the graham cracker mix.
- Place the cheesecake bombs on a baking sheet and freeze for at least an hour.
- Let them thaw slightly before serving.
