Description

Delightful cheesecake bites coated with cotton candy for a whimsical sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cotton candy
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the filling to the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out portions of the cheesecake filling and roll them into balls.
  4. Press cotton candy around each cheesecake ball to cover it completely.
  5. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter to create a coating.
  6. Roll each cotton candy-coated cheesecake bomb in the graham cracker mix.
  7. Place the cheesecake bombs on a baking sheet and freeze for at least an hour.
  8. Let them thaw slightly before serving.

Notes

Roll in graham cracker mixture just before serving for extra crunch.
