Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 tbsp black truffle paste or fresh truffles
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
- 1 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop the shrimp finely or pulse it in a food processor until coarsely ground. Set aside.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- Combine the chopped shrimp, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, black truffle paste, herbs, and spices in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Form small balls with a tablespoon of the filling.
- Coat each ball in seasoned panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional herbs.
Notes
Allow bombs to cool slightly after baking to enrich the flavors. Serve with lemon aioli or spicy Sriracha mayo for an extra flavor boost.
