Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic.
- Toss the chicken thighs in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the thighs skin-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For extra crispiness, turn on the broiler for the last few minutes of cooking.
