Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare sweet potatoes by peeling (if desired) and chopping into uniform cubes.
- Toss the cubes with olive oil and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Spread them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
