Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peeled and chop sweet potatoes into even cubes to ensure uniform cooking.
- Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Spread the cubed sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, tossing halfway through for even browning.
- Once golden and fork-tender, sprinkle with additional salt and herbs before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can substitute fresh rosemary with thyme or sage. Ensure sweet potatoes are cut evenly for best results.
