- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: Measure out all your ingredients beforehand.
- Prepare ube purée if using fresh ube.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together ube purée, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, stirring gently until just mixed.
- Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Cook waffles until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve warm topped with your favorite garnishes.
