Description

A delightful wrap featuring crispy bacon and creamy homemade ranch dressing, perfect for family gatherings and weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (for ranch dressing)
  • ½ cup buttermilk (for ranch dressing)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for ranch dressing)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (for ranch dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (for ranch dressing)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste (for ranch dressing)
  • 2 cups crisp romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup buttermilk, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon fresh dill, and salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Warm tortillas in the skillet until pliable.
  4. Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla, layer on lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and cheese.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Use toothpicks to secure if necessary.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately or with extra ranch on the side.
