- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup mayonnaise (for ranch dressing)
- ½ cup buttermilk (for ranch dressing)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for ranch dressing)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (for ranch dressing)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (for ranch dressing)
- Salt & pepper, to taste (for ranch dressing)
- 2 cups crisp romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together ½ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup buttermilk, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon fresh dill, and salt & pepper to taste.
- Warm tortillas in the skillet until pliable.
- Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla, layer on lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Use toothpicks to secure if necessary.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or with extra ranch on the side.
