Instructions
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently.
- In a high-speed blender, add the ripe avocados, melted chocolate, sweetener, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides.
- Transfer the mousse into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Garnish with fresh berries or whipped coconut cream before serving.
