Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tart Crust: If making from scratch, combine flour, sugar, and cold butter pieces, mix until crumbly. Add cold water until a dough forms. Press into a tart pan and chill for at least 30 minutes. Pre-bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate gently, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold half of the cream into the melted chocolate.
