- 1 cup nut butter (almond butter or sunflower seed butter for nut-free)
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup roasted nuts (peanuts, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the dates by pitting and blending them in a food processor until a sticky paste forms.
- Mix in the nut butter until fully combined.
- Incorporate the melted dark chocolate and mix well.
- Add the roasted nuts and sprinkle of sea salt; fold together.
- Shape the mixture in a lined square baking pan, pressing down firmly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to set.
- Enjoy the bars chilled or at room temperature!
