  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dates by pitting and blending them in a food processor until a sticky paste forms.
  2. Mix in the nut butter until fully combined.
  3. Incorporate the melted dark chocolate and mix well.
  4. Add the roasted nuts and sprinkle of sea salt; fold together.
  5. Shape the mixture in a lined square baking pan, pressing down firmly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to set.
  7. Enjoy the bars chilled or at room temperature!
