- 1 cup Toffee Bits

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the toffee bits.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
- Cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute unsalted butter with coconut oil or margarine. These cookies can be frozen for up to three months.
