- Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder gradually while mixing on low speed.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Achieve your desired consistency by adding milk, one tablespoon at a time.
- Whip the mixture at medium-high speed for an additional minute until light and fluffy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate intensity as needed.
