- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 24 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until sandy.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Gradually add sugar and mix, followed by the eggs one at a time.
- Fold in the orange zest and pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for about 60 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles.
- Cool in the oven with the door cracked for an hour.
- Simmer cranberries and sugar with water until they burst into a sauce.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks form and fold into the cranberry sauce.
- Spread the cranberry mousse over the cheesecake and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top with fresh cranberries and whipped cream before serving.
