Instructions
- Prep the nuts: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread nuts on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Make the caramel: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugar and stir until smooth and bubbling, about 5 minutes.
- Combine and pour: Remove from heat, add salt and vanilla, stir, then fold in nuts.
- Spread it out: Quickly pour mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading evenly. Let cool completely.
- Store: Keep in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
