Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Stir in the oats and dark chocolate until evenly mixed.
- Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
