A delightful twist on a campfire classic, this no-bake s’mores lasagna features layers of graham crackers, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, topped with mini marshmallows.

- 2 cups graham crackers (honey-flavored)
- 2 cups chocolate pudding mix (instant or homemade)
- 3 cups whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- 2 cups whipped cream (fresh or store-bought)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions or make from scratch by simmering milk with sugar and cocoa until thickened. Let it cool slightly.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, create a layer of graham crackers at the bottom, breaking them if necessary.
- Pour half of the prepared chocolate pudding over the graham crackers, smoothing it out.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the pudding (you can fold in vanilla extract and powdered sugar for added flavor).
- Repeat the layers with another layer of graham crackers, the remaining chocolate pudding, and the rest of the whipped cream.
- Top with mini marshmallows. Optionally, toast them lightly under a broiler for a charred flavor.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
