- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a heart-shaped baking pan or silicone molds.
- Blend the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until combined. Press into the molds to form a crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden, then let cool.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, then mix in sour cream and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, blending without overmixing.
- Melt the chocolate and combine a small portion with the cheesecake batter for swirling.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the cooled crusts, fill 2/3 full, and add spoonfuls of chocolate batter, swirling gently.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until slightly jiggly. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from molds and serve with chocolate drizzle or whipped cream.
Notes
These cheesecakes freeze well; wrap individually and store in an airtight container. Enjoy within three months.
