- 4 large flour or corn tortillas

- Fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by dicing into bite-sized pieces and seasoning with salt, pepper, and spices.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and sauté the chicken until cooked through and golden.
- Sauté the garlic in the skillet for about one minute, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the sliced vegetables to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Melt the cheese over the chicken and vegetable mixture, covering the skillet with a lid.
- Assemble the wraps by warming the tortillas, spooning the filling onto each, and rolling tightly.
- Serve the wraps with ranch or spicy dipping sauce if desired.
