Ingredients
- Canned tuna (chunk light or solid white Albacore)
- Canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

- Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Finely chop selected vegetables and herbs.
- Drain and rinse the tuna and garbanzo beans.
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, garbanzo beans, chopped veggies, and herbs.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss.
- Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately.
